
Since I was a little girl, I have followed the footsteps of my beloved grandmother Eugenia who loved to cook.
Perhaps that is how our dreams take shape and continue to guide us through our life. Over the years, I have gradually developed my culinary skills through many varied experiences that have gone on to make me the person I am today. The most important of these experiences was attending the prestigious Scuola Etoile di Chioggia, where I attained a global vision and understanding of the many facets of cooking and its presentation.

I get my inspiration for cooking from different emotions. Making pastry, for example, I feel a certain intensity, and I clearly remember when I made fresh pasta for ravioli for the very first time….
There is the new and original flavour of pomegranate I use that gives a new flavour to guinea fowl.
The aroma of fresh ginger that awakens my imagination and gives a very simple recipe a new dimension. All of the above and more! I would love to have the opportunity for you to experience all this with your very first bite of one of my dishes.
